What to do if you have a complaint

At Aztec Finance, we pride ourselves on being straightforward, friendly and flexible and on our simple, clear processes. But if you think we’ve made a mistake or provided a service that doesn’t live up to your expectations, let us know. We’ll work to put things right and identify how we can improve.

Our dispute resolution scheme
If at the end of our complaint process you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can take your complaint to an independent body experienced in financial disputes, which will mediate between you and us. There is no charge to you for the use of this service.
